OSTIAMARE FOURTH 24/25
The fourth shirt is inspired by the wonderful depictions on the walls of the cloister inside the building of the X Municipality of Ostia, located in the center of the city and built between 1924 and 1926.
The most iconic elements of the cloister draw inspiration from Roman Mythology: Poseidon (god of the sea), the Hippocampus (mythological creature half horse and half fish), the Capitoline Wolf (symbol of the link with Rome) and the ears of wheat (Ostia founded from Anco Marzio, as a port for the import of wheat).
All these graphic elements blend into a tone-on-tone wheat yellow pattern across the entire shirt, further enriched by a contrasting black horizontal band, collar and sleeve edges.
