In ancient times, purple, the social color of Ostiamare, was associated with the divinity Bacchus, god of the harvest, grapes and fun.
The home shirt is inspired by the precious mosaic located in the archaeological park of Ostia, depicting the myth of Bacchus and Ariadne, dating back to the Hadrian age (117-138 AD).
The photos in the presentation are inspired by the style of Caravaggio, who painted the figure of Bacchus several times in his life.
