The SS Romulea is located adjacent to the ancient Papal Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.
This Basilica, in addition to being the oldest Church in the West, is the Cathedral of Rome and boasts a rich collection of works of art and decorations of all kinds.
The mesh is inspired by the Cosmatesque flooring, decorated with polychrome marble typical of medieval Roman art of the 12th-13th century.
